How to Cook: Take a chopper blender and make fine paste of the following ingredients: • Minced meat • Fried onion • Green chili • Fresh coriander • Papaya paste • National Ginger Garlic Paste • Tomato • National Behari Kabab Masala Start heating a small piece of charcoal and place over a minced meat as a bread slice will be used a bas. Drizzle 1 table spoon of hot oil on it and put it in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Start heating fry green peas in a pan with some oil for few minutes and keep them on a side.
