How to Cook: Make thick and round slices of potatoes after scrubbing them. Start boiling the potatoes for 30 minutes. After they get tender start mashing them with a wooden spoon Melt the corn flour in a cup of half water and mix into the mashed potatoes. When the mixture get thickness turn off the heat Fold in the vinegar, yellow food color, coriander leaves and green chilies. Take a separate pan and heat oil on it Add National Achar Gosht Masala after turning off the heat. Keep frying the masala for a while and pour the oil over the potatoes and mix them well. Serve with naan
