How to Cook: Take a bowl and add the following items: • Tikka Boti Masala • National Ginger Garlic Paste • Yogurt and chicken cubes • Mix them well in a bowl. Heat up a charcoal and put in on top of the chicken as the bread slice will be used a layer. Put some hot oil and marinate it for 30 minutes in a refrigerator. Take your big sauce pan and start heating some oil in it. Cook some onion in it until they turn brown and add that marinated chicken and start cooking it for 2-3 minutes. When they start changing the color and green peas, tomatoes and National Yakhni Pulao Masala in it and cook it for 2 more minutes. Now add 5 cups of water and boil it. Keep the heat low and then let it boil for 10 minutes. Then turn up the heat again and add drenched rice cook till water is dry. Turn down the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes. Serve it with raita.
